The Office Administrator looks after booking the space, and receiving payment for services.

Large Hall

- Majestic, open, octagonal concept with seating for up to 400 in theatre, or round configuration
- Vinyl flooring with 10 feet of carpeting around the perimeter
- Pass-through doors from kitchen area
- Variable lighting settings
- Rectangular or round tables
Small Hall
- intimate rectangular room with vaulted ceiling
- seating to 75 in theatre or tables of eight
- pass-through from kitchen
Meeting Rooms
- three separate rooms for 10 to 20 people with tables and chairs and exterior windows
Washrooms
- spacious and handicap access on main floor
Child Care Area
- well equipped room for child care with windows into, and speakers from the Large Hall
- Ensuite bathroom
Lounge
- comfortable and cozy for meetings of 20 to 30
Optional
- audio with CD and tape deck with standup / lapel or hand held mikes – volume to 92 db

Parking
- for up to 100 cars plus street parking
We are adjacent to the Yellowbird Community Center, School yard, playground, and soccer fields.

The activities must be in keeping with current legal regulations and the Church setting.
Fees
A non-refundable deposit may be required when you book your date with the Office Administrator. The balance should be given or mailed in a month prior to the booking. The facility is available for a minimum of 2 hours, half-day (4 hours), or full day (8 hours).
Liquor
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted, except with the specific approval of the Church Board. If it is approved by the Board, the user must provide their own liquor license for the occasion, specific to the serving and consumption of liquor, as well as providing proof of their own insurance policy indemnifying the Church of all damages.
